So, I have only done a couple of maternity photo shoots. I am still learning and working on posing. I would never, ever suggest or expect a client to get into a position that would be painful, uncomfortable or potentially harmful! i have seen several maternity shoots and thought "Oh my goodness! How did she get in that position?" or "Is that pose and position really safe?!" So, I am stuggling to find a balance between safe and creative. I want my clients to have unique, creative and lovely photos. Does anyone have any tips or secrets to creative maternity photos?
Now, I know that photography clubs are not for everyone… but for those of you willing to give photo club a try - I recommend it! I began attending my photo club about a year and a half ago (Maybe a little longer than that) and I have loved every minute of it. I have learned a great deal, had many great opportunities that I would not have normally be able to, have met so many interesting people and I have made quite a few contacts in my local photographic community. It’s been a really great experience for me!

Also, a couple warnings... I am not a writer, so apologises in advance for run on senctences, misspellings and grammatical errors.
